Position:     Manager, Enterprise Fund (based in Abuja)


Job Profile:

This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. The SFH Enterprise fund is an investment of Capital (from a donor) used as a revolving fund to maintain a continuous supply of certain commodities. It operates like a revolving fund with all the commodities sold at zero subsidy. The post holder will have the responsibility to actively scout the environment for opportunities for Enterprise Fund (EF) projects or products, develop concept notes and execute such after management approval, S/He will also ensure that all products and commodities under the enterprise fund are available at all times. The successful candidate will be required to develop an annual business plan and budget for the Enterprise Fund commodities, and ensure that expenditures are made in line with approved budget. The Enterprise Fund Manager will also need to interface with other project managers and coordinate correspondences with stakeholders, manufactures of the EF commodities Manufacturers Delivery Service (MDS) management and other implementing partners



Minimum Academic/Professional Qualifications required for the position:

  • Must possess a minimum of a first Degree in Physical/Medical /Behavioral or Social Sciences.
  • Must have at least eight (8) years post NYSC experience in the public health or social development sector preferable in the areas of behavioural change communications and/or sales
  • Experience Managing pharmaceutical sales & marketing, or commodity distribution in a reputable organization will be of added advantage
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft word and Excel packages
  • Must have very good report writing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have in-depth experience in developing, requesting and using technical assistance and other capacity building tools to catalyse problem solving within an institutional setting
  • Must have at least five (5) years cognate experience in working with government and civil society
  • Must have at least three (3) years experience in managing people and facilitating planning, coordination and result measurement within a project management cycle.
  • Must have very good report writing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Position:     Assistant Manager, Call Centre- Gates Project (Based in Gombe)


Job Profile:

This position reports to the Gates Project Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and updating data base of common complaints ailments of pregnancy, childbirth and that of the new born and proffer common solutions to these issues. She will conduct spot-checks of linkages and referrals between the Community Health Workers and Emergency Transport Scheme volunteer drivers, She will also conduct quality checks on messages provided to callers. In addition, she will lead the development of monitoring tools with Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officers and ensure the collation of all monthly reports to be submitted to the Project Manager. The successful candidates will participate in quarterly review meetings, conduct Call Centre meetings and send minutes to the Project Manager regularly.



Minimum Academic /Professional Qualifications required for the position:

  • Must be a registered Nurse/Midwife, A degree in Nigeria will be an added advantage
  • Must possess minimum five (5) years experience in a health facility as a practicing Midwife
  • Ability to speak and write fluently in Hausa and English language is very essential to this position
  • Must possess excellent panning, team building and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision
  • Must have cognate skills in computer appreciation
  • Must possess a high level of integrity
  • Must have good communication and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a call centre will be of added advantage.
