  1. ACCOUNTANT

Department: ACCOUNTS AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT

REQUIREMENTS

–          Must be well versed in Tax and VAT matters.​

–          Have prior experience in monitoring cash flow.

–          Must have prior experience of report writing.​

–          Must have experience of Weekly reconciliation of accounts.​

–          Must be prepared to work long hours to meet deadlines.

–          Must have experience in forecasting using MS Excel​

–          Knowledge of providing, Managerial Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement

  1. SALES & MARKETING OFFICER

Department: SALES

RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS

–          Prepare Proposals​

–          Experience and ability to attend and Respond to Tenders​

–          5 Years experience​

–          Prepare and deliver presentations.​

–          Acquire new accounts for the company.​

–          Must have proven history of account acquisition.​

–          Able to achieve set sales targets.​

–          Expert knowledge of MS Office

  1. TRANSPORT & HAULAGE SUPERVISOR ( Port Harcourt & Lagos )

Department: LOGISTICS

REQUIREMENTS

–          Must have knowledge of routes from ports to various locations in Nigeria.​

–          Must have knowledge of sourcing transportation companies.​

–          Must have good communication & Negotiating skills.​

–          Must have knowledge of Haulage.​

–          Must be able to handle Drivers and 3rd party transporters.​

–          Must be able to generate reports.​

–          Must be driven and ready to work under pressure.

  1. OPERATIONS MANAGER (PORT HARCOURT)

Department: OPERATIONS

REQUIREMENTS

–          Minimum experience 5 years with a reputable organization at Lagos ports.​

–          Must have proven repertoire in setting and meeting strict KPIs.

–           Must have Operational knowledge of the ports and government agencies.​

–          Must have knowledge of proper clearing and haulage documentation for both import and export.​

–          Must have appropriate Knowledge of Inspection agents, Banks, Shipping Companies and Terminals.​

–          Must be ready to work to deadlines and supervise a team of 10 staff​

–          Must be driven and ready to work round the clock to meet deadlines.​

–          Must have the ability to handle customs and shipping companies for both Imports, temporary importation, and Exports.

–          Must be able to handle pressure.​

–          Must have certifications within the maritime industry.​

–          Must have knowledge of the Customs and Excise HS Code and Explanatory notes.

 

–          Must be driven and ready to work under pressure.
